Greetings Fellow ACO Members,

Attached please find the notice as well as several other relevant documents concerning our upcoming Annual General Meeting. This year the AGM will take place on July 2, 2014, at the Royal Canadian Legion, 330 Kent Street, on the third floor. The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm.

Registration will begin at 5:00 pm. I urge you to please arrive early as everyone will have to renew their membership and register in order to vote. Membership forms have been included in this package so that you have the opportunity to fill them out in advance. This will speed up the process. Please note that registration will close at 6:00 pm.

To our Francophone Members, we will have “whisper translation” available. Please let us know when you register if you require this service.

As part of the process of transitioning to the new Canada Not for Profit Corporations Act (CNCA), we will be providing an information session to our membership on the CNCA.

In closing, I would like to say that I look forward to seeing all of you on July 2^nd.

Veuillez trouver, ci-dessous, les attaches de l’avis ainsi que plusieurs autres documents pertinents concernant notre prochaine assemblée générale annuelle. Cette année, l’assemblée générale annuelle aura lieu le 2 juillet 2014, à la Légion royale canadienne, 330, rue Kent, au troisième étage. Les inscriptions débuteront à 17 heures suivi de la réunion qui débutera à 18 heures. Je vous exhorte à arriver plus tôt car tout le monde aura à renouveler leur adhésion et s’inscrire pour pouvoir voter. Les formulaires d’adhésion ont été inclus dans ce paquet afin que vous avez la possibilité de les remplir à l’avance. Cela permettra d’accélérer le processus. S’il vous plaît noter que l’inscription sera fermé à 18 heures

Pour nos membres francophones, nous aurons une “traduction chuchotée” disponible. S’il vous plaît, laissez-nous savoir quand vous vous inscrivez si vous avez besoin de ce service

Dans le cadre du processus de transition vers la Nouvelle Acte du Canada pour les organisations à but non lucratif  (CNCA), nous offrirons une séance d’information à nos membres sur le CNCA.
