AIDS Committee of Ottawa is excited to be initiating a strategic planning process and is asking a number of people within and outside of AIDS Committee of Ottawa, as well as organizations from the community to provide feedback. Information is being gathered in a few ways including this online survey.

The results from this survey are anonymous and will be compiled by Adobe Consulting Services and presented back to AIDS Committee of Ottawa by theme. Please share all your thoughts and ideas.

The survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.

To ensure the confidentiality of your responses, when you are filling out this survey, it’s best that you complete it at one sitting, especially if you are using a public computer, or a computer that someone else will use to fill out the survey. All responses will be saved, but if you stop without completing the survey and leave the computer, the next person to log on to the survey will see all your answers.

Dans ce but, il aimerait obtenir les opinions de personnes faisant partie ou non du Comité du sida d’Ottawa, ainsi que d’organismes de la communauté. Toutes vos réponses seront sauvegardées, mais si vous arrêtez sans compléter votre sondage, la prochaine personne qui accédera au sondage sur le même ordinateur verra toutes vos réponses.
